De kosmische cowboys uit San Antonio brachten in 2024 hun tweede album uit, voortbouwend op het humanistische ethos van hun debuut People Are Beautiful. Everyone is Everyone gaat een stap verder en mengt positieve psychologie en spirituele openbaring met prairie-wijsheid. Single Flow State vat deze vredige visie samen, met een melodie die krautrock, Talking Heads en J.J. Cale kruist. Frontman Garrett T. Capps’ eclectische smaak wordt versterkt door modulaire synth-goeroe Justin Boyd, “de Brian Eno van de groep.” Ondanks—of juist dankzij—hun brede invloeden klinken deze bodhisattva-bandoleros als niets dat je eerder hoorde.
